Culture and urban life go hand in hand at SOHO
What will this new district bring?
- A multifunctional center and auditorium
- Versatile community spaces with a wide range of uses
- An outdoor stage right next to the playground for concerts and theater performances
SOHO won't just be a place to work and live—it will be the vibrant heart of the community
Come to SOHO to clear your mind and recharge your energy
That is why at SOHO, we are giving the green light to movement, sports, and community at every age
What can you look forward to?
- For athletes: Running tracks, outdoor fitness, a multifunctional sports court, and a climbing wall
- For the little ones: A popular children's playground, which is already up and running today as the project's first early sign
- For the community: Neighborhood centers ready for shared activities
SOHO is a place that even the little ones will fall in love with
In the bend of the Chorvátske rameno canal, a top-tier playground called 'Detský svet' (Children's World) is already open – a first glimpse of our new district. Parents and children love it, so you can come and experience firsthand one of the first great attractions that SOHO has to offer
